Refund policy
Returns
We really hope that you are delighted with your purchase but if for any reason you would like to return it, we offer 14 day returns on all items for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
All items must be returned unused and in a saleable condition in their original packaging. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if the product is not returned in its original condition. This includes if the item damaged in transit, as it is the customer’s responsibility for ensuring it is returned in the original packaging in such a way that prevents damage.
The customer is responsible for postage costs of returned goods. We suggest that you use recorded or tracked delivery as the goods are your responsibility until they arrive safely back at our depot.

Faulty or damaged items
Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. We take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery but unfortunately accidents can happen. Should any product arrive damaged or imperfect, please contact us as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of receipt, by email (info@alinacandles.com), and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement. We will also require photos of the damaged items.
If the parcel is damaged upon receipt, please sign the courier note as "damaged" and contact us as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days.
